Jina Melnyk, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Melnyk joined ImpactRx in March 2005 as the corporate controller and currently serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer where she oversees the financial activities. In 2007, she earned the Healthcare Business Women’s Rising Star award. Ms. Melnyk provides financial expertise in the company’s venture and debt financings and led the due diligence for the acquisition of Paragon Research and Consulting.
Ms. Melnyk spent several years at Arthur Andersen in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector. After working in public accounting, she held various corporate positions including Senior Manager of Accounting at Cephalon, Inc. Ms. Melnyk graduated from DeSales University with BS degrees in Accounting and Marketing and is a Certified Public Accountant.
